Afterschool registration begins Monday, September 8th and ends Friday, September 12th.  Afterschool will provide free childcare beginning on September 8th when school begins through registration week. All Afterschool programs begin the week of September 15th.

Registration for Instrumentals

On September 8th at 3:00pm we will process all complete Instrumental registrations.  We will shuffle, number, and then process all forms in numerical order. Registrations received after this date and time are considered on a first come, first served basis.  Payment will not be processed until a lesson time has been confirmed.

If you are currently receiving tuition remission, you are entitled to discounts for the Afterschool Program. Please contact the Afterschool office for more information.

Discounts

The following discounts apply to multiple days of Core Afterschool and Enrichment registration:

- 5% discount for three days of Core Afterschool and/or Enrichment registration per child.

- 10% discount for four or more days of Core Afterschool and/or Enrichment registration per child.

Refunds

In order to receive a refund/credit for any Afterschool program, you must inform the Afterschool office by phone or email before the second class has met. No refund/credit can be issued after the second class has met.

Instrumental lesson make-ups and refunds

In the event that your child will miss a lesson, you must contact your child’s instrumental teacher 24 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson or an individual lesson refund.  Please note that each student is only permitted two make-up lessons for the fall session.  Should you decide to withdraw from an Instrumental registration; no refund can be issued after the second lesson has taken place.

Medication Policy

Afterschool has been licensed by the Office of Children and Family Services to administer prescription medication in the event of an emergency.  If you would like to authorize trained Afterschool personnel to give prescribed asthma medication, EpiPen or other emergency medication to your child, you and your child’s doctor will need to fill out a consent form provided by the Afterschool Office.  The medication kept by Nurse Kitty during the school day will then be available for us to give to your child during Afterschool hours, should it be necessary.  Please note that we cannot give your child any medication until the proper documentation has been submitted.

Drop-in Payments

Payment should be made in advance or by pick-up the day of drop-in attendance. 

Drop-in payments can made in the following ways:

• Pick up a drop-in form at the receptionist’s desk or on the door of the Afterschool office.  Fill out the form with payment (cash, check or credit card) and drop it in the lock-box on the door of the Afterschool Office.
• Pay in the Afterschool Office at pick-up.
• Call the Afterschool office prior to 2:30pm on the day of attendance, and pay by credit card over the phone.
• Set up a credit with the Afterschool office to be utilized when needed.  Any leftover credit can be refunded to you at the end of the session.

Late pick-up policy
