Summers at LREI is a great place for children to grow.

We are committed to creating a place where a simple kind of magic can happen for your child.  The magic may appear while taking a risk to learn a new skill. It may be in the form of a new friendship or the discovery of marsh plants at the New York Botanical Gardens. Other times it may simply be a day in which our collective imagination transforms the whole camp into a beach holiday or a camping trip.

Our programs are built on the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, are supported by the adults and peers around them, and when they have both the structure and space to follow their interests.
