Shoy McKen has been an active member of the LREI community for over two decades and recently joined the LREI Board of Trustees.

Shoy is the managing partner at D22 Capital Advisory, where he is responsible for the firm's investment services, including acquisitions, structured finance, and joint venture partnerships. Before forming D22 Capital Advisory, Shoy led the capital markets team at Lev Capital, a tech-driven debt advisory. He was also a market analyst at OCD Global.

Shoy is a graduate of Columbia University and, in addition to serving as a trustee at LREI. He also sits on the Board of Project Helping and donates his time to the Brooklyn Navy Yard and Ifetayo Cultural Arts Academy.
