Shafeiq joined the faculty at LREI in 2016 as a math teacher.  He teaches Integrated Mathematics 3, as well as upper level electives on Linear Algebra, Problem Solving, and Finance.  Shafeiq earned a B.S. in Math Education from New York University and an M.A. and M.S. in Math Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.  In addition to teaching, he serves as a high school advisor and a Junior Trip leader.

Pat joined the LREI faculty in 2015, and is currently a math teacher, 10th grade dean, and the math department chair. He teaches Calculus, Precalculus, and 9th grade Integrated Math, as well as upper level electives in both the math and history departments. He earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, his M.S. in Middle School Math Education from Brooklyn College, and his M.Div. in Psychology and Theology from Union Theological Seminary. Manjula joined the faculty at LREI in 2011 as a math teacher. She teaches Integrated Mathematics, Geometric Problem Solving, and Microeconomics. Manjula earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a MAT in Mathematics Education from Simmons College, and a M.Phil from Teachers College, Columbia University. In addition to teaching, she is the 11th grade Dean and the Extracurricular Program Coordinator.

Joon joined the faculty at LREI as a math department teacher in 2021. He teaches Integrated Math 2, Integrated Math 3, and Calculus. Joon earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Educational Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. In addition to teaching, he coaches the fencing team.
