The Fours didn’t want to be left out of the climate change movement. Today, they rallied in the hallways of Sixth Avenue, visiting classrooms and proudly displaying signs to build awareness through their own “Silent March for Climate Change”. Ninth Grader Andrei told Newsweek, he was hoping the protests would "actually make some change. [Politicians' have] kind of just been ignoring it," he said, speaking about climate change. "And there's been a chant: 'climate over profit.' The fossil fuel [companies] have been focusing more on the money that they've been making than the safety of the Earth. I think if people actually just acknowledge what their actions are doing to the Earth, I think that could really make a difference."
